Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Senate message (page 2540) on the following:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(RLS)                                                                                             
     "An Act establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving                                                            
     loan fund, the mariculture revolving loan fund, and the Alaska                                                             
     microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and

Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHB 121(RLS), thus adopting SCS CSHB 121(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.
